SCOPEMETER REPAIR SERVICES
Our technicians are trained on the Fluke line of popular new and vintage ScopeMeters and have, for several years, had success resolving complex problems with these devices.
As is true for all our maintenance services, parts used in the repair of ScopeMeters are either obtained directly from FLUKE or made to specifications that meet or exceed their product specifications.
How To Request Repair
- Carefully complete the form below. Include as much information as you have concerning the symptoms.
- Pack your meter carefully using plenty of packing materials. If you have the original case, consider placing the meter in there – it will provide additional protection.
- When your instrument arrives, we’ll send an email notifying you that it was received and has been successfully entered into our service tracking system. It will undergo a FREE performance evaluation and, following the evaluation, an exact quotation will be sent via the contact method you specified.
- If you agree to our quotation, we’ll immediately repair your instrument. You may pay with any major credit card or we can send a confidential and secure PayPal invoice. Your meter will be professionally packaged and returned via USPS Priority Mail or, if you have a shipping account, by the carrier of your choice.
- If you don’t agree to have your device repaired, we’ll return your device – return shipping charge only.
