Repair procedures for large benchtop calibrators are handled a little differently because of the higher value and shipping considerations of these devices

1. Fill out the form below as completely as you can. We receive an email with your specifics as soon as you submit the form.

2. Next, call the lab to obtain an RMA number. This will allow both parties to track the progress of your calibrator through the repair process. The lab number is (855) 773-5853 or 85577FLUKE.

3. We will remind you of our destination address during the call. It is open and staffed 7 days per week. Here it is for your reference:

4. Pack your calibrator carefully using plenty of packing materials – use the custom Pelican style case if you have one available. Make sure the case/box is securely fastened using Zipties on the case or heavy duty tape and/or staples on your box. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box near the shipping label.

When your calibrator arrives, we will do an initial inspection to make sure it was not damaged during shipment. You will receive an email confirming delivery and an update as to when it will enter the repair cycle. Our average turn-around time is two weeks.
